Hi, I'm Riki.

I have been photographing with a DSLR (although I have since gone mirrorless) since I was 14, growing into equine and canine photography along with my hobbies. In addition to photography, I am a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). In my free time, I can be found at the barn or with my dogs! I have a 6 year old chestnut Oldenburg mare named Rou. Her registered name is "Arsenic d' Avalon", (Apiro x Morticia d'Avalon/ Mannhattan/ Frohwind). We enjoy long walks down the levy and through orchards. We may choose to start jumping someday.

My Fiance Tyler and I have three dachshunds, a German Shepherd, and a French Bulldog. A 13 year old silver dapple standard dachshund "Grub", a 6 year old red mini dachshund "Wanda", a 4 year old black and tan long coat mini dachshund "Zazu", a 3 year old silver sable long coat GSD "Zim", and a 2 year old blue and tan French Bulldog "Maui".

I focus mainly on equine and canine portraiture, including black backgrounds, conformation photos, action photos/events, and portraits with their humans.
